M.D. Pharmacy was established in 1963 at 7171 Delmar Boulevard - just West of the now famous Delmar Loop. M. David Kammer who was a recent graduate of the St. Louis College of Pharmacy founded the business with the part-time assistance of his father, Isadore. Both father and son built a tradition in the University City, MO and surrounding area by offering superior customer service and outstanding pharmaceutical care to all. In 1975, David's daughter Mindy officially joined the family tradition in a full-time role - although she had been an active part of the pharmacy for several years prior.

Throughout the years, the pharmacy has been forced to relocate several times - but never far from our loyal customers. Our current location is at 8500 Delmar Boulevard - just east of the Innerbelt (170) Highway and in close proximity to The Mansions on the Plaza, The Gatesworth and the Brentmoor Place Retirement community.
